Buyer requested courier change

Ive sold an item and the buyer has requested I change the courier to Royal Mail. How do I change the courier on an item before I print the lable?

Assuming you used ebay's Simple Delivery the label cannot be changed.   You'd have to  cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list).    Then opt out of using Evri here:

and relist for the buyer to buy and pay again.
