Buyer refunded for item that has now arrived

Hello, 

 

The buyer of an item I sold claimed that the item hadn’t arrived. I investigated with Evri who advised that it may be lost in their system. I provided a refund, and began a claim to Evri for lost postage. The next day, Evri marked the item as delivered. I have contacted the buyer to ask for the refund to be reversed to ensure I get paid now it’s been delivered. The buyer has not responded. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

Buyer refunded for item that has now arrived

You are reliant on buyer being honest and paying again.   Assuming you used simple delivery, in future ask buyer to open a case and ebay issue the refund, you would keep the payment.
