Sending everything tracked, and not getting paid until proof of delivery is unfair to the Seller ! I sell low cost items that I no longer want. I am not a business, so adding on the cost of tracked delivery will make my items too expensive. Ebay finally makes it free to sell and then goes and does this ! Talk about giving with one hand and taking with the other ! Well done Ebay, you've just lost yourself a Seller 😡
