Buyer pickup not recorded

I sold an item recently and sent it via eBay's prepaid postage thing. On the tracking it says it's been sent and is "Ready for Pickup." I messaged the buyer to check he know it was available. He replied quickly to say he had collected and is likes the item, but its still saying "Ready for Pickup." This means that the funds haven't been paid to me. How can I resolve this?

There's nothing you can do to get the tracking to update.  But as long as its showing as dispatched you will get the payment although ebay will put it on hold for 14 days.
