Buyer picked up the items by Collection but couldn't choose collection when buying

Hi, I have an issue. My buyer came and collected his items, but when he ordered the items, he could only choose delivery by postal. Now I can't get it marked as delivered, and when we tried to just have it as a collect only item, he couldn't order it because I'm selling the items from sweden and he lives in Sweden, What do I do?

You need to log out of here, log into www.ebay.com  because our system for collection items has recently changed and maybe different to those now in Sweden,  ask eBay Customer Services once you are on the .com site,  if it's possible to mark the item as dispatched now.

It is marked as dispatched, but the buyer has gotten the items already bu collect in person, and there is no shipment or tracking, so how do I resolve that I get my payout 🙂
