Buyer paid but won’t reply to communication about pick up.

Not sure what to do, feel like it’s probably a scam. Buyer who looks like is based in Spain paid full price for a fragile antique listed for local UK collection only. No response to requests to liaise in pick up. Payment sitting with eBay.  

Cant see how to cancel sale without it costing me. Appreciate any advice, thanks.

It won't cost you anything to cancel this order, after 7 days just select the 'problem with buyers address' reason.

I'd also add them to your blocked buyer list so they can't buy from you again when you relist your item.
