Buyer not in contact after auction

My ebay motors item sold via auction Wednesday 13th. When auction finished i messaged the winner with "congrats etc drop me a line and we will agree collection etc". i received a message later that afternoon (maybe a couple hours later with "whats address". Since then, no corespondance, asked for his number..nothing. Provided my number...nothing

Should i be thinking this is just some timewaster (he has 100% possitive feedback though)

Whilst annoying that a buyer may not communicate asap after an auction win for a collection item it is usual to wait 7 days although after 4 full days when lapsed you can cancel the order citing Buyer Has Not Paid.

This will refund you your seller fee for the car as you listed it in auction format,  but the listing fee will have to be paid.  As with all listing fees these are payable sale or no sale.

If you are unfortunate to have to list the car again,  take a peek at listing it in a Classified ad format the listing fee is a little more expensive, but there are benefits,  when the vehicle sells there are no seller fees to pay, and it stays listed for 30 days.
