Buyer not happy with colour of item

Hi,

I have just had a query raised by someone claiming that the tie they purchased isn't the colour they expected. All my photos were taken in daylight and the tie is blue with grey and gold colours. They claim that it is brown and have sent a very dark image, which obviously doesn't show the colours very well at all.

Can anyone advise if they've had a similar issue?

If they claim the colour is not as described, and open a case for this, and to be fair some devices do not portray a realistic colour,  you will need to accept the case and fully refund through the case details. 

 

If you want the item sending back you will have to pay for that fully tracked postage and only refund through those case details when the item is back with you.
