Buyer legitimate?

Hi there - I have something for sale (on a buy it now) and have received a few offers (which I have countered and they have increased). However, they have no feedback and joined eBay on 29 November (yesterday!). Now, I know that all of us started on eBay but I am just slightly suspicious. Not sure what to do. Whether I accept the offer and see what happens or refuse it and see what happens.

Your item may be what a buyer has been looking for, so joined ebay to buy it. 

As it is collection item, buyer pays through ebay, you send address. 

Buyer collects and gives you collection code to prove it was collected.
