Buyer is now collecting so no postage required

Buyer is now collecting from my home address. So I don't require postage.  How do I update?

You need the buyer to receive the collection code to prove they have the item.   The only way to get that is to cancel/refund the transaction (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list)  and relist as collection for the buyer to buy again.
