Buyer is Collecting so I've refunded the p&p but e.bay wants a tracking number before releasing fun

Buyer was charged p&p but is collecting the item. I've refunded the postage but how do I let e.bay know when the item is collected so they release my payment?

You can't. 

You will have to wait for the same time as with untracked postage. 

You should have cancelled and relisted as collection.
