An item was sold on Sunday but the buyer hasn’t paid for it. I was under the impression that after 4 calendar days, I could cancel it under ‘buyer hasn’t paid’.. however this isn’t an option I can select. All I have is ‘item damaged’, ‘buyer requested to cancel’ and ‘issue with buyers address’.. it sold at around 6/7pm on Sunday.. so do I have to wait until 6/7pm today to have that option?.. I don’t want to give a false reason but I have received no communication from them whatsoever, so I’d rather cancel and get it relisted.. thank you.
