Buyer hasn't Returned Item

I sold an old radio to someone for £18.  (I paid £300 for it 20 years again).

As soon as he purchased it he bombarded me with messages about packing etc.    I sent it to him.

He complained about the packing, postage, description, communication, and much much more.  Left me a nasty review.   Ebay did take it down.   I refunded his money and postage and blocked him.   

Looking as his feedback loads of people have had to leave Postive Feedback for him as Seller (as thats all you can do), but the comments all say he is basically a nutter! 

He has not returned the item.   I can't raise it with eBay as they have closed it.    I have obviously blocked him as he is absive.  

Any other avenues please?  It's only £18 but there is a principle of bad people getting away with bad behaviour.   Thank you.

I'm afraid there's nothing you or ebay can do.   We're not supposed to refund before item has been returned but I fully understand why you did.   You'll just have to put it down to experience and put his ID on your blocked bidder list:

The false positive you left the buyer can seriously damage your account if they report you.

@barberella100 it looks like you've left feedback for the wrong buyer. The feedback about the radio has been given to someone who bought cufflinks.

God yes, I will drop them a note, I understand they have to request the removal, then I can do it. Well spotted.

I didn't know that.   I find it really annoying that I can't tell people about their bad behaviour, without selecting Positive.   I note several others did the same thing on his feedback.
