Hi I have sent an item for a buyer who has received the item and he has asked for a return by mistake as he was confused to what other item that didn’t come with it. So I spoke to him and resolved the situation. How does he or I cancel the return stages please as my funds are on hold until that is sorted please ?

Your buyer needs to go back to the return and close it,if they dont do anything it will automatically close in around 30 days
