Buyer has item and claimed refund

I sold an item, the very same day as buyer paid he claimed not received and wanted his money back.  I provided all the tracking details and can see they have received the item but ebay have refunded them.  They now have my item and my money.  What do I do now as ebay are not listening

Was the tracking number correct on ebay?   That's what they normally go by so odd that they've refunded.

I finally managed to speak to customer services, a real human!

I gave them the tracking number and they confirmed shows delivered. My dispute has now been passed to another department to take up with the buyer
