Buyer has given wrong address

A buyer has provided the wrong address.  He has sent me the correct address but I am unable to change it on the simple postage bit for the prepaid postage.  Can I send it off my own back at the post office without using the prepaid label?

You are only protected by eBay if sending to address buyer supplied at checkout. 

Better to cancel, problem with buyers address.

Then relist so they can buy again and put correct address before paying.

Message buyer and explain this to them.
