Buyer has collected item but isnt providing the collection code

What do I do? I have messaged the buyer but they have not replied, how do I release the funds and confirm collection?

You should not have allowed collection without buyer providing the code. Without it you will just have to wait.

Sorry, internet failed and my message didn't go through first time !  🙄

You cannot release the payout without that code.

If they are not replying to send you that code,  you'll have to wait 14 days for the payout to be released.

For future collection items,  personally I would send the buyer a polite message after they buy and pay for the item,  that they Must bring that 6 digit QR code with them on collection,  as the item will not be released without it.
