Hi all. On selling an item for £35 the buyer has asked me to ship to a non ebay listed address, which is in a completely different part of the country saying they have moved.
I have messaged the buyer to ask that they request to cancel the purchase, add new address and re purchase. No reply to message.
Have also copied and pasted new delivery address into message and asked then to confirm correct, again no reply.
Buyer has only 11 feedback.
A I being overly suspicious, or not?
Can I cancel sale and refund with no comeback on my seller stats?
Any advice welcomed.

Cancel the order as problem with buyers address this will refund them,relist and let the buyer know you have relisted and they may buy again using correct address,sending anywhere other than the address given with payment cancels what little protection a seller has.
