Buyer gets refund then sells item

Hi

a buyer  asks for a refund of a purchased item , which you refunded. I have checked that users sold items and they sold the item you refunded even using my pictures! Surely this is against eBay rules?

that's the reason one never refunds until they get the item back.

Your post is a bit short on details.

I assume the buyer had paid you for the item so it then belonged to them.

If they subsequently got a refund from Ebay but were told they did not need to return the item, of course they would be allowed to sell it.
