Buyer from Jersey

I’ve Global Shipping Program active but a buyer from Jersey is unable to buy my item, they keep being asked to change the address?

If you relist with direct Royal Mail postage someone in Jersey is classed as UK and wouldn't pay more.

You'd probably  have to opt out of Simple Delivery on the listing using the postage options icon on right of postage section.

Your listings do not appear to have GSP enabled as postage to Jersey is available but 'seller hasn't specified cost'

You will need to send an invoice for the buyer to pay with the postage charge added
