Buyer did not cancel their best offer made on 17th March, which I accepted the following day 18th. They then messaged me once they had seen I had shipped the item stating that because I hadn't agreed the deal in the message conversation, that they offered on another cheaper unit and bought that one. They state that they will be returning it for a full refund.
I did not respond to them in our message conversation once they had told me they had submitted an offer, as I have so many messages, but saw their offer and accepted it through the normal way instead.
In my eyes, they should have retracted their best offer before putting in on another item, or retracted the offer on my unit as soon as they won the other item.
Where do I stand?? I assume I have to just suck it up and accept the return? I don't want them to break the item and claim a return for damaged goods if all goes sour.
