Buyer didnt pay bec missing parcel got refund quick then item arrived i ve not been paid

Hi can anyone help me bec i cant seem to get funds back  seller bought my item delivery was slow she got a refund after 5 days which was quick by e bay  but then 1 wk  later the item arrived she got refund and my item and has not paid me or returned item and now she s  egnoring my messages  im out of pocket please help ...

If you sent it with Simple Delivery ebay should have taken care of it for you, resulting in ebay refunding and you keeping your funds.

I am presuming a Not Received case was opened?

As said, ebay should repay the refund.    If not contact them by requesting a callback on here:

OP says they are out of pocket, so seemingly they refunded.

If that's the case they are relying on the buyer paying back - given the bad false positive OP left the buyer, doubtful buyer will cooperate.
