Buyer collected item

I had a listing for postage. The buyer lived very near so he collected the item. How do I get funds, the buyer said he can’t see an option to say he has received the item

There is no option for a buyer to say they have received the item.

Usually, if the item is sold as a collection only item, the buyer gets a code to give you.

As you listed with postage, they won't have been given a code so you will have to wait 14 days from the transaction date for payment.

The buyer will not be able to mark as received only to leave you feedback which now,  only releases payouts sooner for items of a value £25 or less.

As you originally listed the item as Postage Only,  the buyer will not receive that all important 6 digit QR code,  which when scanned or manually entered is your only proof of delivery/ collection  and the only way payout for that item can be released sooner.

You will now have to wait for 14 days to pass before that payout is released to you.
