Buyer collected item, no need to post

I recently sold a lawnmower, the buyer lived local to me so didn't need it to be put on a pallet and be delivered. I marked it as dispatched and he's marked it as received, left positive feedback etc, how long will I have to wait for funds to be released when both parties are happy.

This new system to me isn't an improvement at all as there was no way to send a new invoice etc after the sale.

I know, it's not good at all for transactions that are in any way different to what they "should" be.   As there is no postal tracking you will have to wait 14 days for the money to be released.
