Buyer claims wrong item sent

i sold an item ( a cordless impact wrench new in the box ) the buyer has sent me a picture of an old air wrench he claims was in the case when he received it ' it was sold through the gsp from the uk to italy ' i checked the contents before i packed it up so i know what i sent and i know that is what he received ' i have asked him for the make model and serial number of the item he has received but he claims it has no markings and refuses to send me any close up photos as he says its not relevant ' the thing is it is very relevant as the weight difference between the two of them is significant ' the cordless one i sent with the battery is  heavier than the one he has sent a picture of. My parcel weighed a little under 5kg the typical weigh of an air wrench is 2.5kg ' so do i accept a return and argue the situation when i receive it back or contact customer service and plead my case

Buyer claims wrong item sent

Surely as you used GSP they would have verified that it fitted your description, weight etc. Is there no way you can communicate with GSP as the service is a bit pointless if buyer can substitute a completely different item, and claim not as described.

I can see nothing in this that covers this situation, except right at the bottom “contact an agent”.
