I sold a corkscrew, and packaged it pretty securely. On arrival the buyer claimed the envelope had been slit open (sent photo). I refunded, but now the buyer has provided feedback saying they love the item, which suggests it was received. Is there any comeback, or is this just a learning curve?

Your buyer may have mixed you up with another seller?
They may have incorrectly left you that feedback instead of for another seller.
Sed the buyer a message ask if they have received your item, could they kindly repay you. This cannot be done with eBay now.
