Buyer claiming coat I sold is dangerous!

Buyer complaining coat is dangerous as too much fur near zip at neck and she has breathing issues she also stated it was too big which I think is the main issue! I found no problem with the coat only selling it as it doesn’t fit me. What should I do should I do it does say on my listing I do not accept returns it is not faulty and there is no problem with my listing it is just not suitable for her.

Whatever you say, or think, if the buyer opens a case [as they must] stating some sort of fault you will need to accept the return, send a suitable label and refund in full.   At least you will get it back in teh condition it left you.  "Arguing" risks the buyer "finding damage".

EBay has no way [nor any wish] to do any form of investigation.  They are often seen as favouring buyers.

Thanks for your reply, do you think I could get them to pay the return postage as there is nothing wrong with the coat it is just not suitable for her. Thanks
