Buyer just contacted me stating his order has been sent to an unknown address and Yodel is currently investigating. This is unfortunate, where do I stand as the seller?

As long as you sent to the address supplied by ebay and the tracking shows delivery you will be covered.

The buyer has now opened a case for "Item not received". The buyer acknowledges the tracking number regarding communication that item has been delivered.
