Buyer can't find the return label

A buyer wants to return an item,but he can't find the return label sent through ebay.

Ask them to go to their "Returns and cancelled orders" section, select "View return details" beside the item and they should see the option to "Print label".

Have you refunded them already?

If you refund before return, the label is cancelled.

Yes, they have been refunded already. Buyer said there was a label,but he can't find it, as you say because label was cancelled.

Buyer getting a bit annoyed now,co how can i get him a return label.

You'd have to send him a label outside of ebay now, eg. via the Royal Mail website.

You won't have been charged for the unused one.

In future, never refund until you have the item back.

The buyer has no incentive to return the item now and, if they don't, Ebay will not intervene.

I've done this,but the item they want to return isn't there.

I'll risk sounding thick but,how do i do this.It just keeps coming uo with send a parcel.

Now you have refunded there is no longer any way to do anything with the case as it will have closed.
