Buyer asking for a £5 refund

Hey everyone

Just need a little bit of guidance as I don't know if I'm missing something but I do have my own conclusion.

A posted an item with a Buy now price of £180, then incorrectly countered with the amount of £185 when it should have been £175. I understood and was happy to counter with that amount and the buyer accepted.

A couple of days later I've received a message from the buyer who is stating he paid the normal amount which was £180 and not the £175 and is looking for a £5 refund. When I look at the transaction data (which I have included in this post), it states amount paid is £175 and includes all fee deductions.

Am I missing something? It seems my counter offer price was accepted and and that's the amount which was agreed.

Cheers

From that screenshot what the buyer paid you was the £175 that you wanted for your item.  The rest of the payment went to ebay.

I can't see where £185 comes into it at all.
