Buyer abusing policy

I sold a perfume opened never used, therefore bottle was full. The buyer got it with the perfume cap broken, still usable as normal.  he decided to return it and when i got it, the level of liquid was significantly less than when i sent it. i tried to refund the buyer partially for the use of the perfume but there are no options. i can only refund him fully which is not fair. anyone can buy and return, abuse the loophole and get stuff for free.

if its the  Resala by Arabian then it was used as you state "only been sprayed to try and smell it".

you cannot sell used perfume.

If the bottle arrived with the cap broken, then the item was 'not as described' and the buyer was perfectly entitled to a refund.

For the money paid, the buyer would expect a perfect item.

They only bought the perfume a week or so ago so can't have used a huge amount.
