A repeat customer is met with the message "There is no inventory for you your area" when they visit my eBay page, there are no shortage of listing on my page and when I log out and look at my page I can see everything normally.
The seller isn't on my block list, they aren't in a different county, don't live in a remote area and even if they did I offer international shipping. I've noticed a dip in my eBay traffic recently and I'm wondering how many other customers this is potentially affecting.
Tried getting support through eBay's useless chat-bot but expectedly got no results, can't figure out how to open a bug report with eBay, not sure if it's even possible. If anyone has experienced this bug before and knows a fix it would be greatly appreciated.
