I have noticed since this BPF has been implemented that my offers for items has somewhat declined - I have been with Ebay for 20 years & am now seriously thinking is it all worth my while trying to sell items for a pitance

Upgrade to business seller, no BPF.
I also noticed you are selling some shoes as new other.
Photos clearly show they have been worn, so are NOT new!.
