Buyer Not Paying

I have a problem with someone not paying due to combining items for posting not availabl.

How many days would someone allow for payment before relisting items?

Also is there a way of blocking people from buying your items?

Ebay do suggest the buyer pays and you refund overpaid postage, but it would not avoid the 75p charge for each item item.

After 4 days you can cancel sales for non payment, which gives non payer unpaid strikes, but more important they cannot leave you any feedback.

Cancelling for any other reason is just inviting negative feedback.

The items were sold last Sunday and I have informed the buyer two or three times the way of getting around the problem, but the buyer has not responded at all, either by paying or replying to my messages.
