I have an item listed with buy it now as a fixed price, or best offer. An offer from a member was automatically rejected as it was way below the minimum offer price I would consider. They have messaged to say they would now like to purchase for a much more reasonable price that I’d now be happy to accept. However they are unable to make an offer. They get the message “sorry you can’t make an offer on this item. You have reached the maximum number of bids allowed for this item”. They are also unable to place the item in their watch list. So I’m unable to send an offer to them. They have no feedback and have been a member for 4 yrs which doesn’t help build a picture. Any guidance would be helpful.
