Business account - Freight option does not work when selected, customer cannot buy

After recent changes made by ebay to courier/delivery options, our customers are now being preventedc from buying from us. We are selecting 'Freight: large items that require special handling' as our delivery method as we use Proovia. When the buyer tries to purchase an item, they get the error message that we haven't specified freight postage fees, but there are no optios for us to add costs. Currrently we are losing sales
