I ordered 2    10 kilo bags of bucktons canary seed but I have only received 1 bag of bucktons canary seed can you help me please I paid 35 pounds for 20 kilo but only one as arrived

If they were bought in one transaction you have to open a "not as described" return rather than a "not received" case due to the tracking showing delivery.

So start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

The seller will still have the option to send the missing item or issue a partial refund but do not close your case until they do.   You won't be able to open another one.   If items are to be sent back seller pays for the postage label which you will receive via ebay.

Open item not as described case, (NOT item not received, as you received something).

Seller provides returns label, you post back for full refund.

Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.

Normal label is for 2kg, so you may have to contact ebay CS if incorrect weight one is provided.
