Bought something for collection only but buyer will post it. How to arrange this safely

I’ve bought something that was for collection only ,  but the seller has agreed to send it . However we’re stuck nothing official for sending . Only the code for collection . How do we proceed safely for both parties .

Really, in my opinion, the best thing to do in this scenario would be for the seller to cancel the sale, refund you and then relist the item with postage so you can buy it again.
