Bought a Esim never turned up been on holiday and returned been trying to get refund for 3 weeks

Bought Esim 03/02/25 delivery date 04 to 05/02/25 never came reported to eBay 06/02/25 went on holiday 16/02/25 returned still no esim ask for refund from eBay still not resolved do they have a complaint phone number I can speak to someone as really not happy with the service they give

You don't have to speak to eBay if you have opened a case for item not received and the seller hasn't provided a tracking to show delivery,  then just escalate the case now,  you're still in time, and eBay will force the refund.

The refund will then go into your payment source,  and it's not always instant.  If you paid with a credit card it can take up to 30 days for the refund to reach that account.

It's all very simple and you don't need to negotiate with seller. Just open an "item not as described" case and wait three working days for the seller to respond. After this, the option will appear to escalate the case if necessary for eBay to step in to enforce a refund.

A case for "item not received" MUST opened within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. Just read and follow the process - if there's anything you're not sure about people here are always willing to help.

Was this a physical item your ordered as many esims are activated with a qr code or digitally. Or were you expecting a code to be delivered via email to you?
