Both the seller and E Bay have not sent me a returns label as promised. What do i do?

Both the Seller and E Bay have not sent me a "Returns" label as per my request. I need this to proceed with my return of goods back to the seller. How do I proceed with this. What should I do next? Obviously I need a return label to send back the goods.

If you are returning an item for the reason item not as described,  if the seller does not send a pre paid return label within 3 days,  then they do not want the item sending back, sometimes it's just not worth the postage cost.

 

  If there is no refund within those 3 days,  then just escalate the case, and eBay step in and force the refund.

 

I do not know the reason for the return,  but if you have selected the reason ... Does Not Fit,  or Change of Mind,  then you have to pay for the tracked return postage label.

Hi tressygirl, thanks for your reply. The seller has asked for me to return the said item as it had one missing and one damaged. The seller just sent me his address but no prepaid return label. What happens now
