Blocking messages

Hi, I am trying to answer a simple question from an potential buyer, but eBay keeps blocking the messages saying that the message is not allowed under our Member-to-member contact policy

I am not including any private info, telephone numbers, or trying to work a flanker outside eBay.  I simply need to advise them that an electric motor is 0.22KW!!

I wonder if the eBay ai bots are interpreting it as thinking you are trying to send a post code or something? Instead of putting kw, write it as 0.22 kilowatts

If the suggestion by tommystrezures is correct, it just shows how allowing idiot robots to make important decisions is not wise.
