Block a buyer

I’m having issues with a buyer who hounded me with 24 messages in 2 hours because I hadn’t sent his item immediately although I was still within eBay’s postal time. He threatened to cancel his order so I did it for him as wasn’t prepared to deal with this person. I’m still getting messages although item is cancelled and refunded. Have reported to eBay but they do nothing as usual. How do I block a buyer from buying and communicating please?

Put their ID on your blocked bidder list:

I don't think the message block works when you've been in recent transaction with the buyer but do it anyway.    Tick "Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me" at the bottom of Buyer Rules on here:

and submit.

Thanks very much. Have done both of the things suggested. 

not impressed with eBay customer service. I’ve had almost 30 messages and buyer has been rude and eBay really don’t seem to care. Twice I’ve asked them how you block him and twice I’ve been ignored. 
waste of time.
