I've returned black trainers back to seller but haven't received money back and tried contacting seller but nothing

Assuming you've opened a return on ebay you will be able to escalate it after 3 complete working days.   So when that time has passed go to the return case, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

I  returned item back to seller and kept receipt of postage but still no money back

Did you do it via a return case on ebay?   And were they not described correctly or was it a "change of mind" return?

No I contacted seller she gave me address where to send them back to

You need to get it onto ebay now.    So open a return on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041

Add your postage tracking number and if necessary escalate after 3 working days.  

If you have any problems adding the tracking contact ebay and they will do it for you.   You can use callback on here:
