Billhook, Knives policy.

I have had a 'Billhook' listing removed under the knives policy.

In the knives policy it states that it is allowed.

This is the third time this has happened.

I don't know if it is AI that is removing them or not.

What to do as the appeal does not work?

Re: Billhook, Knives policy.

We have no idea why ebay might have removed your listing but nce it has been removed, relisting could result in sanctions to your account.

You could try speaking to CS on this link: eBay Customer Service

Do not relist item.

Next time ebay may suspend your account.

There is no appeal option.

I have to agree with the previous replies.

You are correct that the sale of billhooks is specifically allowed in eBay's knives policy, and there are plenty on sale here.

The problem with eBay is that you're often not dealing with a person, but with a computer. (I'm not convinced that what eBay refers to as AI is AI at all. If it was it should be smart enough to make more decisions correctly.)  The danger is that if you repeatedly disregard warnings your account may automatically be restricted.

I you really want to risk it, look at some of the other listings first and see if they're doing anything differently.
