I am looking to buy i vehicle on ebay which is  3 hour drive away from me, the seller is asking me to make an offer on ebay, which i am willing to do no problem, although my worry is if they accept offer and i travel down too see the vehicle and there are things im and unaware of and not happy about how do i get my money back ?

You only pay cash for cars, after inspection.  If you're worried about making an offer the seller can always revise their price.

There is mo money back guarantee on vehicles, that is why payment terms are different.

You DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT, and you only pay in full if satisfied with condition of vehicle and then pay in cash.
