What are you asking? Some mega / power sellers may not answer some questions.
If it's concerning an item not received, or received and it's not as described, there's no need to contact the seller, just open the relevant case for a full refund.

Many businesses don’t work at weekends so if you only asked yesterday for example don’t expect a reply until tomorrow. We generally don’t answer our message board on eBay at weekends either. We have enough to deal with Monday to Friday!

Thank you for clarification, in which case what sort of warranty was it, I presume a manufacturers one, have you contacted them, I assume you registered the product to get the warranty?
Your other option but you may be running tight for time is your payment provider, depending on when you bought the item, usually its 120 days after purchase (there are a few caveats )
