I have several accounts which I have used over the years to help my parents dispose of large number of items they have inherited, We have 2 sets of parents who have inherited the contents of 5 relatives (hence several accounts) who were avid collectors (read as HOARDERS!). This has been a task to get rid of stuff over a number of years (and we still have loads to go). Ebay have messaged and said the accounts need to be changed to business accounts. Atm I can't get through to Ebay only the automated chat assistant who is useless. Any ideas what will happen if we DON'T change to business account? We have listed nothing new and closed one account but no certain what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.
