Been charge for a shipping Label that I did not use of request

I sold a item on ebay. I got paid and then took it to the post office and shipped it 48 Hour Tracked. I then realised that ebay have withheld £4 for a shipping label and tax. I did not order a shipping label!

I contact the telephone number for a callback and spoke to the agents who appeared to lack any understanding. I asked to speak to their managers but they were all busy.

I have tried a call back this morning and nothing is happening. I want to know why they have taken a payment for a label when I never used or requested that service.

Does any have an explanation why the callback request is not working today when they say wait times are 2, or 3 minutes.

Does anyone have an e-mail or telephone number for ebay?

You should be able to cancel the label to get a refund.   Go to orders, select postage labels on the left-hand side, then go to the actions dropdown menu next to the label and select Void Label.

When you buy your own postage remember to add the tracking number and mark dispatched manually via the dropdown actions arrow for the item on your orders page.

Yea I tried that but there are no postage labels listed there for me to cancel.
