Subject: Request for Assistance with Faulty Product that damaged a brand new massage Gun
Hi,
I understand this situation may be somewhat outside the usual scope of a faulty product, but I seek your guidance.
I purchased a replacement battery for my massage gun, but I was unaware that the battery had a short circuit. After installing it into my massage gun—one of which I ordered brand new via eBay—I discovered it was damaging my devices. I noticed a burnt smell coming from the components on the circuit board.
Is there a way to seek compensation for this issue through eBay?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
[Your Name]

If you bought within last 30 days, you can return batteries for full refund.
But, ebay won't get involved with any claim for damage to massage gun.

When you buy items from a seller who is clearly running a business, you should check that they have a business account and not a private account.
Properly registered business sellers should be more reliable and hopefully more inclined to sort out issues.
