Trying to by a band saw  stupid eBay rules says I have to verify my age by credit card  I don’t have a credit card  is there another way as won’t accept debit card

Very sorry, no the only method to prove you're over 18 is presenting a credit card, as those verifications have already been made by the card companies,  so eBay use this for themselves.

Only way would be to ask a friend or family member who does have a c card to buy those items for you.
